Sugar Nellie ATC swap

well this week i was determined to post before the weekend.....and today is friday!!!.....here are my sugar nellie atc's which i have finished this week...i am in a swap on UKS.....this is my first go and I am very pleased...

Update on my week..went to scrapaholics on monday and nearly managed to finish a page!......my friend Lucy's dad went to get some test results today at the hospital and fortunately its not what we all feared,so thankfully some brighter news.....Brads arm is a bit better,so BIG thankyou to everyone who posted lovely comments.

My sleeping pattern is getting worse.....I can now recite the TV schedule between 3.45 & 6am..(desperate housewives, richard & judy, and neighbours!)....i'm dreading the clocks going forward as I don't get to sleep before 11/11.30...and that's on a good night if i'm at home...if i'm at gramps its cat naps...talking of cat naps i'm off now as the cat is helping me to type and driving me nuts!...she wants food.

Card swap....

it's sunday!!!..........i'm currently in a card swap on UKS....i did one at christmas and have elected to join another!...there are 7 of us in each group and we have each been assigned a theme...New Home, Birthday, Baby etc....i got anniversary....so here it is...the heart paper is flocked and the stamps are from Hangler. I'm quite pleased with them.

another saturday....another week gone!

well...nearly at the end of Feb...where is this month going!......as you can see I've managed to do some scrapping! and did this weeks challenge on UKS ..which was to incorporate: Song title from either Grease or Saturday Night fever....Ive chosen Manhattan skyline from SNF....use two photo's ....something shiny....and something white.....as you can see its another opportunity for me to scrap some of my new york pics!!!.....my Saturday was the same as usual...gramp's, shopping & jobs for gramp's ...then home late afternoon......just watched CSI new york and the last two episodes which have been re-run on BBC4 of Pride & Prejudice....oh Mr Darcy!.................

work continues to be a bit stressful and gramps is so so today....heard from my brother today...my little nephew has broken his arm (again!!!!...twice in a year!).....fell over playing football!.....anyway will hopefully blog again tomorrow.

Littles Birthday

Today is my darling niece Libby's 5th Birthday. so here's her card.... we went down to Leigh and had a walk along the beach took some fab pictures which i'm hoping to scrap soon!..............and then we went for lunch which was nice. ...

My brother rang me rang me saturday afternoon and asked if it was too late for a cake!!!!...........so apologies that it's not a masterpiece but she was very excited, and as you can guess she is high school musical mad!!

Hello everyone.....no baking today....tiring week of long hours at work, emotional gramps and not a lot of sleep so short post today.....here is my friends birthday card that I made this week..... She's my oldest friend... 34 years (scary) and I can't imagine my life without her......( 38 this week (ha ha!) which she spent in Centre Parks with her Boys. so hope she had a lovely time.....Hugs Tx

End of another week.......

Bad Blogger this week!.....don't know where the week has gone, but i'm glad it has!......had the day from hell yesterday with gramps.....i can honestly say that at the moment emotionally i'm struggling. It was year end at work this week and out of 4 of us I was the only one in due to sickness & holiday......so its been a bit of a juggle. Gramps was very cranky yesterday and desperatelty sad....so everytime he started about not wanting to be here anymore i cried..........must have looked like a complete silly women on the bus one my way home last night!!!!...fortunately my friend Lucy took me out to Barleylands this morning where we perused Sugar & Spice!..............

As you can see i've currently listening to 12" 80's.....which is fab!!!....it has some of my fav songs ever on it, including DCLee - See the Day which transports me back to me teenage years full of angst and unrequited love!!!!......(my friend Justine will understand completely)............I have managed to do this weeks challenge which was:

* Use stash too nice

* Frosty theme

* Blue Brads

I've scrapped my favourite photo of new york and experimented with some new techniques!...........Off now Lots of Love Tx
