Autumnal Apple & Cinnamon Muffins

Its officially autumn............my favourite time of year.... its wellie weather and leaf kicking!

Today I've made Apple and Cinnamon muffins...........my friend will love me on the train tomorrow as there is enough for her!!!!

Recipe:

*4oz unsalted butter

* 4oz caster sugar

*4oz self-raising flour

* 2 eggs

*4oz unsweetened apple sauce

* 3/4tsp cinnamon

*5oz sultanas

Pre heat the oven to 175'c. Place the butter,sugar,flour and egg in a bowl and beat with an electric whisk until smooth. Stir in the apple sauce, cinnamon and sultanas.

Spoon the mixture into the muffin cases.

Bake for 25 minutes. ..........Enjoy!

another week gone and not much entry on my blog...........had a weekend of housework!!.....but HOW excited am I!!!!!........Sex and the City movie in production..........Carrie & Mr Big!.....i'm so happy hoorah!!!

My week has been ok, not the best....I'm meeting up with some old friends this week, drinks & treats on friday, and then i'm a lady that is lunching saturday.....

on the scrapping front i've been busy with my stamps again! designing for Christmas.........another Bella & my one of my new magnolia's Tilda & Edwin.

off now as someone's at the door!..love & stuff Tx

P.S Really excited now as Ugly Betty is back on 6th October!!!!! yeh!

Coffee & Cupcakeabella..........

Hi all....had a busy weekend scrapping!........yesterday i went to my first 'crop' for the charity 'wish upon a star'. Felt a bit like a fish out of water, but had a great day and met some people that i see on UKS and now I know who they are!!....Friday night I went to a birthday party, my friend was there that lives in Spain, who i haven't seen in 7 years. We've known each other 21 years and it felt like yesterday since we had seen each other and chatted....and I realised that you know when you have a true friend when you are able to do that......I am so lucky with the friends that I have..................
Well the team is now full and I've completed my first challenge!!!..........We are the Glitter Gossips....and we do like to gossip...our thread has over 300 posts and we've only been going a week!! ha ha.........
as you can see I've been playing with cakeabella!...isn't she lovely....

I've posted my layouts in my slide show that I did at the crop! and my NYC taxis for the challenge...has to incorporate the following: lemon/lilac, a question, stars & stripes and stitching............i think i did ok....

Christmas planning!

Hi everyone..........well what's new ...a bit really.... as you can see I've been scrapping Christmas!. It's now September, the Christmas hall at work has now been open a month and I'm beginning to think about things to make for Christmas!.....last year I made stocking's for the kids and Justine's dogs (Jack & Harry's) in photo. Not sure what to do this year...but there's been loads of ideas on the UKS site.

Last week was hideous getting to work with the tube strike...thankfully not happening this week. Hooray! Spent the weekend at Karen's which was lovely as usual.

On the crafting side....joined a team on the UKS site....there are 5 of us at the moment and our name is undecided ...looking forward to having fun with that!.....My stamping bellas arrived this week, got cakeabella and imeldabella I'm so excited!...now just waiting for my magnolia stamps to come now! as you can guess i'm getting into stamping....I'm off to a charity scrap crop on Saturday for "wish upon a star charity" so I'm going to try new things! and try and catch up on some scrapping I've got My day out with gramps to scrap and would like to do some new york pages (before i go again!)......
