My nan made the best pancakes ever, so it is always with a heavy heart that I whisk my pancakes, remembering all the great times that I spent with her tugging on her apron strings... The four grandchildren sitting round the kitchen table, devouring stacks of pancakes before they even came out of the frying pan!...

I was very lazy and didn't make any - but I've promised Will that we'll have pancakes at the weekend instead! Lemon and sugar for us. x
ooh those pancakes look delicious, no pancakes for me this year as I'm doing Atkins, so a nice plain omlet with sugar and lemon had to suffice ;o)

They look lovely Teresa, and they look very healthy as well. Hope you enjoyed them. Lots of golden syrup was what I had on mine, lovely mm.
